Full bleed printing is when your design looks like it printed from edge to edge as opposed to having a white border on each side. Full bleeds are a minimum of 1/8" (0.125") on every side of the artwork which will allow for accurate cutting.
[EX: Artwork for an 8.5x11 Flyer should extend to 8.75" x 11.25"]
To prevent an unwanted white border from showing at the edge of your document, be sure to extend any background colors or design elements all the way to the edge.
*If your image has a white border on all four sides, bleeds are not required.
